Today is my errand day. Bills to pay groceries, then I need to
put a stew in the crockpot for Ken tonight as I am going out of
town to have dinner with a bunch of friends from school. So I
wont have any crafting time today...Finally finished up the
painting, just need to put everything back on the walls.

LOL. My painting is to be done over the weekend.
My sister moved her spare bed to the dining room in anticipation
of me needing it for recovery, but as that is not needed now,
she has decided to decorate the bedroom before putting it back
in.
I have been summoned to help as she has ordered a new carpet and
furniture and is hoping to have the carpet fitted next week
followed by the new furniture.
Actually, I was going to paint anyway. I need to get the
en-suite sorted and try out the colours. I have paper for the
bedroom and need to know that the paint colours I have selected
will work nicely, so as the en-suite is nice and small it's a
good test.

I'm glad I am finished painting. That is hard work. I do however
stil have my bedroom to paint. I am going to wait till hubby is
retired (may 23) because his work schedule is crazy. 2 days 2
graveyard and 4 days off. so I cant start and stop, and I don't
want to hurry with the painting.lol

Painting is something we discussed last year and did 't do! We
have artex in the lounge dining room and I want the walls
skimmed to leave it amooth, removing it would be very messy!

diesel for the tractor. Then I can put Ken back to work on the
raised strawberry bed lol Will be glad when he is retired so we

LOL. I just realised something as we are discussing
decorating....
For the recycle challenge, I made a card with a sample of wall
paper. Well that's the one I have for my bedroom!!!!
I also have lots of new bedding, towels, curtains, curtain rail
& cushions with chandelier style bedside lamps, all have been
waiting for about a year to be used!!!
The vibrant and sparkly turquoise and cream with marine accents
is going to be a big change from the current dusky pink, cream
and soft green!!!! But I have to save up for a new
carpet........
I did get rid of the ghastly laura ashley in the downstairs loo.
I put it up years ago and could not admit how much I hated it as
it cost a fortune, even for that tiny room. Now I have a
beautiful bright white and silver throne room:))))
LOL. See how I choose my papers!!! The winner is second from
left! And downstairs loo, with obligatory chandelier!!
