       RULES AND REGULATIONS

       The Forum is intended as a place for reasoned debate. If we stay
       with that we can keep the rules to a minimum.
       I. Please stay on topic. There are sections for most topics and
       new ones will be created. If you have two separate points please
       write two posts.
       2. Please read the previous comments before replying.
       3. Constructive criticism of the Conservative Party and
       Conservative MPs is not only allowed, it is encouraged.
       Misinformed attacks by Neanderthal socialists will be deleted
       and the writer banned.
       4. Racism and homophobia will not be tolerated. At the same
       time, that does not mean that we have to tread carefully around
       sensitive subjects. Just use a little common sense and remember
       that we are Tories.
       5. Bad language is unnecessary. If you cannot say what you need
       to say without the use of four-letter words, then perhaps you
       need to figure out how to express it better. Of course there
       will be the occasional lapse, and I will be one of the first to
       slip. But, please try and not make it habitual.
