       Sentencing Guidelines
By: Loz Date: September 25, 2022, 5:28 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
Whilst fully aware that research IS conducted into current
Sentencing Guidelines; it very much appears to have become “the
norm” that horrific/barbaric crimes - particularly against
innocent women and children - have now been “dumbed down” in
such a way that we’re not supposed to notice how little time
perps actually spend “paying” for what they’ve done! When a
‘man’ can face five years in prison for beating his partner so
badly that he BROKE HER BACK BUT “with mitigation” will only
serve one year and three months - irrelevant of previous
convictions; her continued I’ll health and little/no
compensation - what chance is there that a) it will ever act as
a deterrent to others or that b) anyone will feel that ‘crime
       doesn’t pay!’
It’s all a very unfunny joke and needs urgent review!

Absolutely agree. We have been unlucky in recent years with
highly qualified jurists not doing that as Secretaries of State
for Justice. Overhaul is required urgently.

Unfortunately with people like Kier Starmer heading up the
justice system this is what you get after a time. Grooming gangs
just the tip of the iceberg. Raab was the first to really
attempt to tackle the problem. There was a strong argument for
leaving him in place to finish the job. Sadly, it suits the Woke
agenda to end up where we are at present. We need to complete
the job starting with getting rid of PACE and changing back
policing title to force not service. One of the conclusions I
came to in rewriting a London child safeguarding policy and
after much research including in the field was that Social Work
should become a national uniformed organisation. Under a
national organisation the opportunity for local corruption
allowing such things as grooming gangs becomes dramatically
reduced as does the ability for offenders to change their
borough and address and slip under the eye of police and social
workers. Uniformed because social workers deserve the respect
and importantly having a uniformed social worker come to call
       changes everything for the offender.

Personally, I hate context crimes, whether it be crimes against
public sector workers like manslaughter being changed to murder
charges in terms of punishment the same for hate crimes.
Manslaughter is manslaughter, murder is Murder, theft is theft,
pedophilia is pedophilia, rapists are rapists. Now motivations
for it should be considered in sentencing with racially
motivated or group hate related motivations (like with the
grooming gangs) should be charged more maybe removing the chance
       for parole.
Now I would say for murderers without remorse and rapists and
groomers and other similar heinous crimes, we should bring back
hanging till dead, I would even be for broadcasting these
happenings live on the BBC, with the crime commited under.
I would also give a secondary option for criminals with the
ability to claim another nationality or dual national to be
deported instead of those penalties, I would also remove the
right to relinquish citizenship for criminals and those under
investigation, even if it does exacerbate family breakup, a
rapist or pedophile with kids who would be deported shouldn't be
around kids, and if the family want to follow them to wherever
they are being deported to we should facilitate this on the
conditions if possible they relinquish citizenship or residency
       of the United kingdom.
I understand contraversial opinions and policy points, but they
are needed to protect the great British public, the public's
care workers, the public servants, vulnerable people as well as
       children and young adults.
I would also recommend we use old Napoleonic era forts be
recommissioned into new offshore prisons for criminals who are
not British citizens or who are repeat offenders. We could also
use these facilities for asylum seekers/economic illegal
       migrants.
No one who breaks British laws should be given any wriggle room,
the law needs reform, the law needs simplifying, the law needs
to be blind, not heartless but blind, and for heinous crimes
there should be no parole for them, there should be no chance of
       release within the United kingdom.

Interesting historical fact thé woke won’t like.
The period in the UK when it’s Justice system had the most
extreme penalties known as ‘The Bloody Laws’, Crime not
surprisingly fell but also much fewer than you would expect
actually faced the appropriate in law penalty, due to a
corresponding leniency by the judges and magistrates. It’s worth
considering again the life saving impact of the deterrence of
the Death Penalty, I would hazard a guess we wouldn’t be
witnessing the continued waste of young black life’s in black on
black almost weekly murders if not daily we witness in our
cities. If these young men, and they are very young, saw a few
hanged for their act of murder.
