Here's the link to the Spice Girls performance at the London
Olympics 2012 closing ceremony, for the benefit of those who've
       yet to see it.

I though it brought back fond childhood memories! But then
again, it was all so bimbotic and overall, a really empty
performance! Disappointing. And what is it with Posh Spice's
unwillingness to dance, flaunting only her stern model poses?!

I agree. Posh Spice did look like she wanted to get out as soon
as possible. It did bring back fond memories though. : )

Actually, I don't think so. In a way, they were part of London's
history in the music scene. Plus they are one of the first few
girl bands from London to make it big. Is it wrong for London to
       reminisce their achievements?

Absolutely not. I'm just making a humorous reference that the
once attractive, young Spice Girls have become attractive, adult
       women.

Yea, I do agree with you, Diamonds. While I am not British,
watching their performance brought back really fond childhood
memories from the 90s! Not forgetting Mr. Bean's performance
       too! (:

Mr Bean's performance was certainly my favourite part of the
ceremony. I have been a fan of him since my childhood. His
performance certainly brought back a lot of memories and
laughter. I hope to see him more often in the future!
