BEARS 24, SEAHAWKS 10 LATE IN 4TH QTR
Maybe I should get on the party bus with the Fresno-based Niners
Empire for the Seahawks at 49ers game. It's $180 for a
200-series end zone seat with their gang, the round trip bus
ride, and a tailgate party. Sunday, December 16th...

Albert, these are not the seahawks we have faced in the past.
Sounds like a good deal for the 49er/hawks game and think of all
the fun you will have on the bus ride celebrating a 49er win all
the way back to Fresno.

JRiley suggested pursuing the idea of a new motet board on
NewCafe. So I gave it a little thought:
I would actually love to license the motet software independent
of newcafe. Put our little board online riding a cheap cloud
server and its own URL. We run it as a hobby, a club! It need
not be very expensive. However, my searches on motet and its
copyright holder turned up nothing. I think they're defunct. I
don't think you can license a copy of motet anymore.
The other alternative would be to try to work through NewCafe.
What if motet already has the capability to enforce timeouts on
offenders, and all we were missing was an active moderator? If
we had that capability, we would not have abandoned our old
board.
Does anyone know how to proceed with the NewCafe people?

The closer sunday comes, the more nervous I become. Whether we
win or not, we do not have to talk about that. It's just how
high we lose.
Patrick Mahomes will toast our DB's. 5 or six TD's? How many
missed Tackles .... 15, 20 or more?
Right now, I've no faith in the Niners. Even Garappolo does not
seem to be the one we expected.

Seems realistic ...

No guarantee that any of them is better than this. I thought
motet was a little weird at first, but grew to appreciate it. As
a former programmer, I think it was a real accomplishment,
especially as early as it was. But I guess people are into bells
& whistles now.
