A demon was plaguing Lexington, Virginia and I had been ordered
to come here to sort it out. It was a powerful demon who was
trying to make people sell their souls for fortunes and whatnot.
He was tricky little devil so to speak. I had tracked him down
to a warehouse and I arrived there.
The demon was taunting you.
“You know I have made deals with hunters before,” he thought you
looked pathetic and like you would fall for his shit any time
now. “I could bring your hunter friend back if you like,” he
said smirking. He wasn’t at all worried that you would kill him
or exorcise him. He was honestly quite bored with the whole
thing.
“Ten years with your pal back? What do you say little girl?” he
asked.

I glared at the demon, and I raised my eyebrows.
"Little girl?" I asked unimpressed. I would so kill him.
Excorise him, kill him, banish him, whatever needed. I hadn't
fully figured out what he was yet however. Though, my "little
hunter friend", had been my best friend. We had had a bond that
I would not feel with anyone again. The trust had been great
between us. But I had gotten a bit too careless, and he'd barged
in to save me. I made it out, he didn't. Lucas had been his
name, and I missed him badly. I had ran into hunters along the
way, it's been almost two years since then, but any offer to
work together with a demon or a ghost or anything, I declined.
I'd vowed to myself that the only one I was getting killed again
was me.
"Ten years with my pal, then you get my soul and he returns to
the dead?" I knew he belonged there now. He was dead. However,
it was hard. I had had a real tough time after his passing, but
I had come to understand that he was dead, and he'd stay dead.

"Really?" his eyes turned red like all crossroad's demons. He
smirked at you. "Aren't you lonely? Everyone leaves you in the
end don't they? How about bringing back the parents then?" he
was poking at all the sore spots which he knew quite well how to
do of course. He smirked wider. But I stepped into the room and
looked and the demon.
"You should not mess with people's lives," I said and stared at
him.
"Who are you?" he asked me.
"Cael an angel of the Lord," I said.
"An Angel?" he laughed. "Get out of here! We are busy," he had
never run into an angel before. I was here to stop him from
making a deal with a man that had a bigger purpose, but if he
made a deal that would be lost. I glanced at you, hunters.
"Don't believe me?" I said.

happened then and the demon's eyes got big and fearful.

I snorted as I watched him.
"Really" I spat. Why was I always doing this? Having a
conversation with the demons? They always poked at me, obviously
I wound up killing them. All but that special one. But to have
my parents back, Lucas back. Obviously it was tempting. However,
had he offered me the chance to kill the demon I might not be
able to resist. It had become my life goal, that demon would not
take another life as long as I lived. Obviously it did, but I
would rid the earth, heaven, hell, whatever there was of him.
I turned to watch you as you entered but my eyes were back at
the demon at once. Angel? An angel? I knew there were demons, I
knew there were ghosts, banshees, anything inbetween honestly.
But angels. I didn't believe in angels. I heard you were about
to prove yourself and I turned to watch you and my eyes widened
as well before I locked my eyes back on the demon again. That
was a nice trick of yours I decided. For a second you had even
me fooled.

The demon however didn't think I was fooling anyone, he believed
me at once. He stared at me.
"An Angel of the Lord?" he asked. "And why prey tell are you
here?"
"To send your...ass... butt back to hell," I had heard this
phrase on TV, but did I use it right? I had no idea. The demon
cocked an eyebrow.
"Really?" he turned to you. "Need an angel to come rescue you
little girl? Ignore the idiot and make a deal, got to have to
kiss to make it official, ten years and your loves ones back or
do you wish to be in this world alone?" I turned to you.
"Don't listen to him," I had no right to mess with free will
after all.
"What will it be little girl? Or do you perhaps want to meet the
same sticky end as your hunter friend Lucas?"

It was tempting, obviously. Though my hand was playing with my
water bottle type of thing I had in like a holster almost. I
kept my eyes on him darkly and I snorted. Me? Needing rescuing?
I mean, no, I didn't want to be alone, but I was alone. I had
accepted that. If people got close to me they died, and I would
not let that happen. I got the bottle up and I pressed it. It
was one of those with a hole in the lid you could press and the
water came out, those runners used. I splashed him, obviously.
Had you said assbutt? Get your assbutt? I hated demons. They got
to you. Ghosts didn't as much, they were just miserable and
needed their existance to come to an end, but demons, they got
to you. They got in under your skin. Or they tried to at least.
That's what made them even more vile probably. They deserved
nothing. And this one deserved nothing but dead, genuinely.

The demon screamed in pain and spluttered when the holy water
hit him but he came around fast dashed towards you, but I got in
between, put my hand over his face and used my angel mojo to
send his ass butt back to hell and there was white light as I
did and then bam he was gone, the vessel fell to the floor,
dead. The man it had possessed had already been severely injured
when the demon possessed it. I turned to you.
"That was a very powerful crossroads demon, how had you planned
to handle him?" I wondered. It felt like there had been no plan.
I looked around and I didn't even see a demon trap. I crossed my
arms over my chest.
"Well?" I wondered.

I was just to jump back as the demon dashed at me. WEll, he
wasn't supposed to do that, he was supposed to be effected from
the holy water for a bit further. I stared at what you did and I
snorted then as I kept my eyes on you before I glanced at the
vessel. Dead.
"You think I'd share my plans with you?" I asked, feeling
annoyed. I had wanted a few questions answered, but you had
taken that from me.
"I had it perfectly under control until you dragged your assbutt
into the situation" I stated then as I frowned and I walked past
you and towards the exit. I was being frustrated. And since when
were angels hot asian models? I mean if I'd figured that angels
were real, which I hadn't, I would have thought they were
bearded old white guys, not asian models.

I was suddenly in front of you, that being an annoying habit of
mine.
"That demon had to go because I had to stop him from making a
deal with someone who has a larger purpose on this earth, and if
he sells his soul that would never happen, which I of course
believe was the demon's plan all along and you had no control
over that situation back there. That crossroads demon was
stronger than most of them," I had encountered demons before. I
also talked very stiffly and correctly. I wasn't great at human
interaction.
"I am not named assbutt I am Cael, and I am angel of the lord...
and you are?" I wondered. I could find this out some other way
but I could at least ask.

I jerked some as you werre in front of me wiithout much of a
warning to be honest and I frowned some.
"Don't do that! I might honestly wind up shooting your assbutt"
I stated frustrated with tht.
"You had to stop him?" I snorted. "I was this close to stopping
him afterr I'd made him run his mouth and you ruined that for
me" I was lowkey, maybe even highkey very annoyed with you.
"Cael?" I snorted. "I prefer assbutt" I said genuinely, but
honestly, you had brought that on yourself and you came across
like an assbutt.
"I am not having this conversation with you, that's who I am" I
stated annoyed as I walked past you again. Again, why a model
thtough?
