       So Stephen Donnelly came up with this idea and I think I'll post
       it and take credit. It is a rouge skill that allows a character
       to use and stealth skill in game quietly. Like picking a lock or
       waylay. I also think it should expand the amount of distance you
       can move in hiding with surprise by another 10 feet. To a total
       of 20ft. With escape bonds the person could quietly get out of
       his/her bindings and with surprise a player just comes out
       without having to say surprise (or not say it loudly).

       I definitely like the idea.  Could you make an official write-up
       and maybe guess some character point costs?
