       Spell block

       So here's my thought on spell block. I think it should get a -1
       modifier if the person is using a weapon that deals magical
       damage. By which I mean if you have a weapon that is always
       swinging magic or one that's been enchanted with a spell that
       lasts more than one swing. So no blade spells. Chi might work
       with this.
