cost for weapon and armour smithing.

This is just a clarification for me being new.
Question on Armour smith and dwarven racial trait that makes all
smiting skills one cheaper.
Levels 1-10 for Armour and weapon smith are 2cp so 1 for dwarf,
the line that confuses me is  "Characters can take
levels in a specialty craft for -1 CP to a minimum of 1." does
this stack with the dwarven racial trait making Armour and
weapon smithing for a dwarven warrior making the costs of the
skills 1cp,? for levels 11-15?
It would be great for me if it does as I would really like to
explore this side of the game.

We've not really had to address this question before but I'll
bring it to Rachel's attention so it can be discussed. I'll try
to make sure we get back to you shortly.

I would have thought it stacked. If since in the book it says to
a minimum of one.

It should stack but it doesn't make much sense for a smith to
limit what they can make just to save 5 CP.

It does make sense for it to stack to me too but I'm waiting for
Rachel to give it some thought. I guess it would depend on
whether or not the character just really liked making a specific
variety of weapons, Zach. I'd agree that it would be limiting
to the point where they'd miss out on all contracts with stuff
that people wanted filled that weren't in their area of
expertise.
