       I believe these should be removed from the main book.
       Reason One: Even games that Encourage Headshots (Dagorhir)
       forbid these weapons as potentially too dangerous
       Reason Two: Reducing over all number of pages in the rule book
       is a 'good' thing for making it easier to digest for new
       players. If the 'skills' really are needed they could be part of
       an exotic weapons book/section for the race book.
       ----Why is book sized important you ask: LARPs grow when they
       make it easy for new players, old players eventually leave due
       to RL coming up, so a constant influx of new players is required
       for a healthy mech. By creating the game so only the high level
       people have fun, you toss away the value of new players. Long
       rule books are harder to read then shorter ones.
