       Shape Change

       This is one aspect of the game that appears broken and I am not
       sure if this is due to my ignorance on 'behind the curtain'
       affects or the types of players who are allowed to make use of
       these abilities (either as Monks or Shapeshifters).
       Is there a write up I'm missing regarding the rules behind
       creating shape shifters/powers?

       I can only speak for the shifters as I made the write-up for
       that with Chris.
       If you are in human form it takes a three count to get to the
       middle form half man/animal and a six count to get to the animal
       form.
       If you are in the half human/animal form it is a three count to
       human or animal form.
       If you are in animal form it takes a three count to half
       animal/human form and a six count to get to human form.
       The shift is obvious during this count. As with all counts being
       attacked in the middle of the count stops the count and you have
       to start the count over.

       From what I've seen for Monks, their big limiter is that while
       shape shifted they cannot make any aggressive actions. If they
       do, they'll immediately revert back to their original form.

       That would be on plot to decide but I would assume like most
       counts that you can't be running during it.
