       Stealth Master
       Can buy all Stealth skills except Alertness, Sleight of Hand,
       Lucky, Escape Bonds, and Labyrinthine Mind as zero cost skills.

       I'm missing something here.  You pay the 'cost' and you get 10
       levels of Disable Device, Perception, Size Up, Cheat Death,
       Escape Bonds, Feign Death, Hide, Hide Others, Surprise,
       Untraceable and Waylay (and any other new skills that come up)
       for free?

       It works like Polyglot, Grand Master, Style Master, Magic
       Mastery, and any other Mastery skill there might be.  Once you
       have it you don't automatically get all the skills but if you
       learn them they don't cost any additional character points.

       Not a fan. Personally I feel those skills have much more impact
       than languages, scholar skills, or weapon skills. I'm not going
       to try and compare it to Magic Mastery, because I have my own
       issues with that skill.

       Why are you against this skill?  Is it too low of a CP cost or
       is it something else?

       I think the main issue is the cost. Disable Device 10 alone is
       20 CP and this skill would include things like Cheat Death.
       Rogues would be getting out like well...bandits with this skill.

       Since Cheat Death can only be used once per set I don't see that
       as a big problem.  If my revision for disable devise passes then
       Disable Devise's max level will be 5 and it will lower the cost
       to 15 overall.  If this skill is still too cheap after that,
       then how does 25 or 30 CP for rogues sound?

       It is hard to judge the appropriate value of a Master Skill
       without the rest of the skill costs being balanced first. I will
       also have to think more about how they 'enhance' the game or can
       be twinked out. If it helps 'non rogues' more then Rogues it
       could be a problem.

       I didn't think disable device worked with it because it had
       multiple levels?

       I would like to see 'Stealth' Mastery and all the Mastery's
       created in such a way that they help late play characters as
       much as Spell Mastery does but I am unsure how to make this
       work.
