       Adjusting the Frequency of Erratas

       It is my belief that we hold erratas more frequently than
       necessary.  I suggest we only do erratas on even years.  This
       would help plot by having less time where the book needs to be
       edited.

       I also like this idea. This also gives people more time to think
       out their ideas. Though there may be longer Erratas.

       I like it, but we do need something in place for hot fixes to
       rules.
       Example:  Tree travel.
