       Massive Damage and DeathStrike

       Clarification that if a player does Massive damage with either
       the Warp Strike spell or Strike Massive skill in conjunction
       with Death Strike to a Massive creature, does it kill it like
       Death Strike would normally do to a non-massive creature or
       would it still do 100 damage.
