       Alternatives for Monk Social Rank Requirements

       Wrote this as a possible addition to the Monk Social Ranks for
       those who wish to play non-combat monks. Since Long weapon is
       only 4 for monks, it's a slight increase to choose the
       non-combat skills vs anyone buying Long weapon or smaller, but
       both skills fit well and it shows dedication to non-violence.
       Bishop's addition is just the same cost as Skill +1 for a Monk.
       We could also potentially add an option for Bishop for 10 CP
       worth of scholar skills or Legend Lore 5 if there's enough
       interest in that sort of possible character path
       Prior: Faith Level 1, Weapon Skill OR Instruction & Read/Write
       Bishop: Faith level 3, 3 CP of Scholar Skills, Skill +1 OR Level
       5 trade skill
       Saint: Unchanged as they can choose to buy Stealth skills
       instead of Attacks/Defenses
