DeathStrike and Parry

DeathStrike and Parry are some of the most powerful Special
attacks and defenses in the game and are usually always picked
up by physical based classes.
I would like these skills to be moved into the Skill+3 section
of the chart:
1. To give a little incentive to advance into upper skills of
the chart.
2. To give Skill+3 some skills as right now we have Deflect
Missle Weapons and Double Shot.
I think there could be more to this but for now this is the
build I am working with.

My only question would be then what skills can you still get at
Skill +2. We don't want to push everything up to Skill +3 and
beyond and just leave Skill +2 as more or padding with no real
purpose other than to be a dead point between Skill +1 and +2
(aside from the stamina and damage bonus of course).

toxin block, weapon Ward

Alright then that isn't too bad still even if some of those are
italicized.

Now that you mention that, moving Ricochet up to Skill+3 so its
up one level from Spell Block wouldn't be too unreasonable.

5/8 of those are italicized. That is a majority, not some.
Greater Disarm, Spell Block, Ricochet, Toxin Block and Weapon
Ward are all italicized.
Cleave is also an italicized Skill +2
Also Evade, while a common skill is a whopping 8 points for a
warrior...

8 points for Evade for Warrior class is completely worth it.
Most players going Warrior route are going to pick it up just
because it stops just about anything and ends the ability. Also
even though about half the abilities in Skill+2 are italicized
that doesn't mean the Skill+ has nothing in it. Skill +3 is a
dead zone as far as abilities go which does need to be fixed.

I am inclined to agree with aaronsfrench (even though I'll lose
my Knighthood, no it's cool). Unless we come up with more
skills, Skill plus three is pointless to get unless you want
skill plus four or five. I also thought about ricochet when you
created this list. We could always uninitialize a skill or two.
