       Strength+ and associated abilities

Strength+(n) currently gives the character +(n)Damage, adds base
carry of +(n)x30, adds a base encumbrance of +(n)x30, and gives
the character effectively Skill+. The current problem with this
is now the that stamina was removed there is not much reason for
it to replicate Skill+ since having a Strength based character
is not as useful as it once was. Also the replication of the
skill plus allows the character to access all special attacks
and defenses of that level, but without stamina becomes
virtually worthless in that respect. So i would like to propose
a change that would make that function of it useful again, but
still make sense to which special attacks and defenses are
       applicable for the ability.
First off, I would like to make the prerequisites for Strength+
to be bonuses rather than requirements as I prefer to make this
into a available skill for any player to use since we play in a
       game like setting.
Say you purchase Strength+1 and it costs 10CP, you would then
use that CP to expend into effects of that skill like in the
       shapeshifting trees of Faith.
Options for the purchase would be:
       >1CP per 10 pounds carry along with 20 pounds encumbrance
       >3CP per +Damage
       >Warrior cost of abilities per day:
       -Break Weapon = 3CP
       -Capture Weapon = 2CP
       -Deaden = 2CP
       -Deflect = 2CP
       -Pierce = 2CP
For physprep of Strength+1 you would get an addition 5 points to
add to the first set of purchases.
Well, at Strength+2 it will still cost 10CP for the skill, but
there will be improved effects, and these can be used on the
first set of purchases as well:
       Options for Strength+2 would be:
       >2CP per 10 pounds carry, 20 pounds encumbrance, x1 Natural
       Strengthen
       >4CP per +Damage, and x1 Natural Energize
       >Warrior cost of abilities per day:
       -Cleave = 4CP
       -Death Strike = 7CP
       -Parry = 3CP
       -Sever/Maim = 5CP
       -Stun = 6CP
For physprep of Strength+2 you would get an addition 5 points to
add to the first or second set of purchases.
So lets continue on to Strength+3, still 10CP for the skill,
improved effects, and can be used to purchase prior sets:
       Options for Strength+3 would be:
       >2CP per 10 pounds carry, 20 pounds encumbrance, x1 Natural
       Enhance Strength
       >4CP per +Damage, and x1 Natural Deflect Weapons
       >Warrior cost of abilites per day:
-...Hmmm seems there is a lack of Level 3 abilities = 0CP
       -Natural Gauntlet = 5CP
       -Natural Giant Strength = 5CP
For physprep of Strength+3 you would get an addition 5 points to
add to the first, second, or third set of purchases.
It is a bit long but I think it would fix the issues with
Strength+ we currently have. It of course can be improved or
       adjusted as needed.

In my opinion, this does point out an issue of Strength + being
a little too weak for the price. I do think that this solution
is much too strong though. In my opinion, a better solution
would be to offer a small list of Special Attacks and Defenses
at the end of each level of Strength + (likely the same as the
charts on here) and you can choose two to use one time per day
(it could be the same one twice or two different ones).
So, Strength +1 would give you +1 damage, +30 regular
encumberance, +60 overencumbered; Pick two to use one time per
day: Break Weapon, Capture Weapon, Deaden, Deflect, Pierce. (The
actual Special Attacks or Defenses can be changed to whatever
       people think is appropriate)

You all know my opinion on this topic by now, but I'll go ahead
       and put it in.
I think that this system is, 1) extremely overpowered, 2)
incredibly complicated and lengthy, and 3) is not really
necessary. I don't think there is any problem with Strength
Plus as it is right now. Its sitting at 8CP, the same as
Constitution Plus, and allows the character to swing an extra
damage per level, increases carrying capacity by 30 per level
(which is HUGE for a warrior), allows them to perform feats of
strength, and qualifies them for Skill plus abilities of the
same rank as the Strength plus.
I understand that Strength Plus doesn't add stamina, but if you
really want to avoid skill plus as a character (for some reason)
then Constitution Plus is a potential option. Most races that
qualify for Str+ also qualify for Con+ and I personally have
written and considered playing characters that go that route.
The only change to Strength Plus that I could see myself voting
on is maybe lowering the cost to 7CP and lowering Con Plus with
       it.

I think STR+ isnt too far out of bounds. Like was mentioned,
Maybe drop it a point across the board. Or I do like the idea of
1 natural enhance Str per day with it. Which is a pretty
       versatile buff.
