Con plus

Constitution plus currently has a physical requirement in it.
Run 1.5 miles in x min.
My proposal is to have two different possible requirements. As
Speed is a factor, but so is endurance. This would be an Either
OR scenario. Allowing those that are fast to get it, but also
those that have ENDURANCE for distance to as well.
Con 1: 3 miles (5k) in sub 45 min. (15 min mile pace.)
Con 2: 6 miles (10k) in sub (less than) 1hr 30 min. (still 15
min mile pace)
con 3: 9 miles in sub 3 hrs. (same pace.)
Note, this is a suggestion. I could easily see dropping it to a
12 min mile pace for con 1, then lessoning a bit for 2 and 3.
As its difficult (for me) to maintain a faster pace over longer
distances.

I think that might have been the original idea. But as not a lot
of us run, we didn't know appropriate times.

Having done track those times are reasonable.

The current only requirement is a 6mph pace. This would add a
4mph pace with a much longer period of time to have to sustain.
I'd prefer it be one or the other, but I suppose having multiple
options isn't necessarily bad. I'd probably abstain from voting
on this.
