       Food, is it really out to kill you?

       So here's my attempt at food.
       Instead of coming up with a new skill like cook, and deciding if
       it should be trade or craftsman. My idea is to just have Food
       2's give you the effect of having meditated for 1 hour. And Food
       3's would give you the effect of Greater Meditation. So you eat
       two Food 2's you get the effect of having used meditation for
       two hours. We can cap the amount of food that someone can eat in
       a game however you think best. But this gives food a use and
       doesn't come up with another skill that people have to split
       their character points on.
       Now yell at me.

       Not a bad idea. So it would be eating a food 2 or 3 gives you
       either 10% or 20% of your Stamina/Mana/Faith ect. I would agree
       we would need a cap on how much food you could eat. And I do
       like the idea of not having to spit into yet another trade
       skill. Whats your opinion on eating them for check out and
       giving someting like a "well rested" bonus. Where maybe next
       game you start with temp mana/stamina or body ect?

       I wouldn't be opposed to the idea of a bonus for eating them at
       checkout. But it would definitely have to be marked down some
       way to let both you and plot know that you are getting a bonus.
       Maybe we could change the character sheet a little so it
       includes a spot for starvation and bonus from food.

       I dont think the change would be too terribly hard. Just add a
       spot when the next sheet update happens. I think that since
       there is a starvation debuff anyway that happens outoffgame it
       atleast needs to be added. Perhaps a slot that can say.
       Starving/fed/wellfed. Food 1 keeps you fed and would allow you
       to avoid the debuff of starvation. Food 2 keeps you well fed
       gives a 10% bonus rounded up to one resource pool as temp
       points. Im not sure about food 3s

       Here's my write-up that I'll be suggesting.
       Food, Making it useful:
       Food 1: Grants the effects of a half Reset
       Food 2: Grants the effects of a full Reset
       Food 3: Grants the effects of a 1.5X Reset with everything over
       cap being considered bonus. It is used first and will go away at
       the next game reset called by Plot.
       Possible limit of twice per game, and double it to four for
       camping games. Though once per game is completely understandable
       due to having 2 full resets or better would be very powerful.
