Fixing Naturals

At errata we all agreed that naturals are under powered compared
to magicals. Here we can brainstorm ideas to fix this problem.

Do they need to be more powerful? I thought it was generally
supposed to be that way.

I think one way to make them better is to make them cheaper.
Since they can be blocked by a shield and deflect missile
weapons, making them cheaper would be a slight bump.

I feel like we could clarify a couple of things to make Naturals
better. First, I'd clarify that a Natural Effect that targets a
shield is not stopped by a shield as per the Natural
Ability/Attack Monster skill. I'd also clarify that these
skills cannot be Dispelled or Suppressed since a person who has
Magicals cannot use them while under the effects of Suppress
Enchantments or Lock Magic while Naturals can be used and
currently active Natural effects are not able to be Dispelled.
I'd also personally advocate that we remove the ability for
Deflect and Parry to block Natural Effects unless the skill is
used with a shield (this would actually be a change). My last
suggestion would be that we allow people with Naturals to be
able to throw multiple packets (up to 1 packet per purchase of a
given effect) allowing them to use multiple uses of their
Naturals at one time.

Since there hasn't been any more suggestions on this, I've gone
ahead and turned this into a poll.
