       Minstrel Skills

       Hey Everyone,
       I would like to throw out the Minstrel Skill Set again since we
       have had a good playtest out if it.  I would also like to add in
       for it to be placed into an advanced book, since I think it
       would be better to not take up space in the Core book. This
       would allow the set of skills to be used in settings by players,
       but keep the more important information that should be stored
       with the Core book.
