       On the Subject of XP fluidity

       The next setting is supposed to be a poor one.  There is not
       meant to be a whole lot of money.  This can be a problem when we
       deal with xp being turned into money.  To combat this, I propose
       that we remove the ability to turn game experience into
       currency.  Players would still be able to trade experience
       between each other and buy experience with in game money (sort
       of like buying training).
