       Physical Requirements for higher level Con +

       As it stands we only have requirements to get the first level of
       Constitution Plus.  This requirement is running 1.5 miles in 15
       minutes.  That's an average speed of 6 mph.  I'd like to propose
       that the requirement for Constitution Plus 2 be to run 3 miles
       in 30 minutes and for the requirement for Con +3 to be 6 miles
       in 1 hour.

       Seems good, an hour is long enough to make it fesable without it
       taking too much time.

       I think the Con Plus should require running 'at' an actual
       Charity event wearing an Aldeon T-shirt!!!
