       Frenzy

       So by the current book not only do you have to spend 15 Stamina
       to use frenzy, but you also have to spend that in addition to
       the effect you are wanting to use. That's 16+ Stamina to use a
       skill, also it doesn't line up with the Stamina vs. CP cost for
       the desired classes. I would like to propose it be 10 CP and 10
       Stamina + Stamina Skill, that way it will still be useful and be
       in line with the rest of the skills.
