       Stamina

This is a 'brain storm' post and put forth as something to think
about, not as something I feel is overly important to me.
Problem: Plot stops once everyone has used up their
Stamina/Mana. It is not that Plot wants things to stop, they
have ideas but players are less likely to want to go out once
they have used up their 'tricks'.
This will deal only with Stamina as I am OK with Mages being
'tough' but having to ration their mana out over the day. I like
idea of Fighters being useful all day long and I think this is
an interesting way to do it.
What if the 'Stamina' pool refreshed every battle (with 10
minute rest). Gut reaction would be to divide the pool by 5 (or
       4) so a typical early fighter with 10 stamina would have 2/3
       stamina each battle to spend.
       Advantages:
Allows fighters to not feel need to 'sit out' after they have
used up their Stamina for the day.
Helps avoid players putting pressure on Plot to have refreshes.
       Makes counting stamina easier.
If Constitution+ is going to grant Stamina, this change will be
fairly seamless/can be worked in with it.
       Disadvantage:
It would prevent low level players from being able to 'plan' to
take out a high level one, waiting for the other to use up all
       his Stamina before engaging.
Would require a tweaking of Stamina costs/CP costs of abilities.
