       Revised Weapon Construction Rules

       I've attached a document with revisions I've made to the weapon
       construction rules (not actually listed in the book).  The
       description for bows needs updated and we need a description for
       crossbow and arrow/bolt construction.

       Looks good, though could Staff be lowered to 48" min length and
       I think 'Long Spear' should have a size that goes up to equal
       the min length for Pike. I do not feel strongly in this, just a
       feeling I have.
