Physical Representation of Constitution Plus

I've thought ever since I introduced the skill in Westmark that
it needed a physical challenge so that people of normal races
could still potentially get it. I'd like to see some people's
ideas on what we can do to introduce a physical challenge. It
needs to be based on endurance. For Con +1 I thought something
like running 1.5 miles in 14 minutes. I'm not sure if that's
too fast or not fast enough, though.

Running a mile in under 10 min is the requirement for the army.
So that might work.

And make Endurance be the main factor in 'running away/catching
people.
I think 'running a 5k run in a shirt that has Aldeon(and web
address on it) or in Garb on it at any speed should get you +1
endurance, it grows community awareness. +2 would have time
requirements.
