       I was thinking that a subboard for Research requests and ongoing
       projects might be beneficial. Even if it is OOC knowledge, it
       lets players see how the game is growing due to player
       involvement in expanding the rules, and what may already exist
       but be uncommon knowledge not shown in the rulebook.

       Anything that gets Black Book rules out in the open is a winner
       by my standards. And personally I am fine with a 'Second Book'
       that deals with the mechanics of the game, that way a new player
       doesn't have to sort through 'everything' to find out what is
       important or not to his character.
