Ever had a WTF moment

Have you ever been on the field and had a dumb moment where you
forget something obvious
I was at Urban and had an enemy in my sight at the end of the
corridor i tried to fire then noticed I had the saftey on still
hahah

Enemy player came close to me without knowing I was there, as my
rifle was playing up I put it down and drew my pistol, tried to
pull the trigger and nothing happened I had forgot to rack the
slide and ended up with 2 lovely hits on my head :P

At Sopley, standing with your team in one of the end room games
waiting for game to start. At which point someone in the room
lets u know your a none sash in a room full of sashes, oh
bollocks....!!!!! Easily resolved....

i was shooting a rented M16, all of a sudden i couldnt shoot the
gun no more, so it went back to the team for inspection and a
twig was stuck inside it, blocking the internals totally, haha.
The thing was that i didnt even know how it got in there. :D

i was in the tower at GZW, a rental broke the rules and lobbed a
rock up on the top floor. My first reaction (Thinking it was a
grenade) made me lob myself down the ladder way. practically
collapsing down at the bottom. after 2-3 seconds there was no
bang. me and my friend went up there only to realise fur cones
and stones up there scattered around. I eventually got the kid
but failed to alert a marshal.

Being one of the last remaining players in a game, getting shot,
then listening to the person who shot me call for a Marshall
because I was still standing? WTF, irrespective of me saying,
yes u got me, yes, yes, yes...lol....are u deaf?
