what got you involved into airsoft?

Me, one day i was out and about with some family, we went high
up in the Albanian mountains and we shot some guns. I got to
shoot a Mossberg 500 finished in Chrome, Albanian standard SKS
rifle and a Star Interarms M43 Firestar pistol also finished in
chrome. I shot some targets and barely missed, it felt so good
that i felt like equipping into something more safer, so when i
got the time i got interested and motivated in Airsoft and have
to say its a FU*KING great sport... haha
how did you guys start? ::)

i started in 2005 when i went out with a ex friend of mine and
his team and skirmished and i was instantly hooked onto the
sport. I currently have a M240, a SA80 A2, M1911 (Desert
Warrior), a DE L96 and a ACM M14

I was searching air rifles at college then came across airsoft,
i had never heard of it before
I new of paintballing but not airsoft. Me and a friend decided
to go one weekend and been going ever since
Its a great hobby... keeps people active and gives them
something to spend money and time on

Did a few sessions paint balling but cost was restrictive for
casual players. Came across airsoft a few years back but didn't
really look into it in detail. Last year wanted a hobby to keep
fit, hence looked again at airsoft. Dragged a couple of friends
along to Sopley, rest is history.

i started a couple of years ago but started going every week or
so since the stard of 2011. and in doing so have spent every
penny i own on having fun :D

Yeah, I have to admit, airsoft is pricy but what the hell? It's
just an amazing team game. Nothing can compete really, apart
from Motorsport and rally cross in my eyes :D
