Things not going to plan, is a fact of life. It's a measure of
how people / companies respond to issues as much as trying to
deliver a service that is important.
I don't think any reasonable person purchasing articles over the
net on a regular basis can not expect to have a few issues. For
me, it's how a company responds, and resolves to your
satisfaction that makes the difference.
Poor communication, indifference isn't conducive to keeping
clients coming back. If an article is broken then retailers must
accept and have a working system to replace damages. This part
all comes down to reading terms of sale and whom is liable for
damage whilst in transit. I know it sucks having to take things
down to that level, but, that's why good vendors also offer
insurance! If your purchasing P&P from a vendor then technically
vendor is providing the service. But read the small print.

Well so far the order was placed on the tuesday and I have had 3
emails from ASP - 1 confirming the order - 1 confirming
processing - 1 confirming shipping and tracking info (which
works! :o) - so far so good.
Unlike egoairsoft from which the only confrimation of purchase
got was the automatic paypal one. Still nothing heard from them
and the order was placed on the 4th of this month - all round
poor.
