       Attacking broken squadrons/flights

       Broken units cannot attack and must leave dogfights, but can the
       unbroken unit pursue and attack fleeing flights/squadrons?  I am
       assuming that this is the case since I can't find a rule to the
       contrary.

       You absolutely can. I usually choose not to, since there are
       more important matters elsewhere to take care of. Even if there
       are no unbroken enemies left I usually think twice before
       pursuing broken units as it can easily backfire and cost you
       more points than you gain.
