Dogfight movement

Just getting back into this through playtesting -- so it's
mostly familiar, but my memory needs refreshing. One of those
things that needed to be refreshed were the dogfight rules. A
bunch of Poles mixed it up with Me-110s over Warsaw, and a
dogfight developed.
Next turn, I needed to figure out how the dogfight moved -- and
my first instinct was to look at the movement rules. But nope --
the rules on how to move a dogfight are all the way at the end
of the combat section. I suppose it makes a certain sense to
keep all the dogfight related rules in one section, but newer
players may have to go through the exercise that I did, first
assuming that the rules for moving a dogfight would be in the
movement section.
I don't feel too strongly about this, but thought I would note
it in case it makes to others to move 10.8.2 so that it sits
with the other movement rules.

I've aded a pointer to rule 10.8.2 in the Move Restrictions
section 8.4.
