End, Week 16. It’s been a quiet-ish week, though Elias made
major inroads into the Prague in Flames scenario, and it’s
almost done.
Playtest Direction. In terms of test effort, I’d still like to
see some effort put into those two scenarios still in red. Also
those still in amber could do with fresh eyes on them - if you
see one you haven’t played, please give it a try.

Thanks to Andrew and Gordon we no longer have any red entries on
the spreadsheet. Yay! Indeed, we are only 11 plays away from
being all-green. (Which is to say that everything has been
through the minimum of due diligence and we are moving onto
testing to sign off.)

End, Week 17. It’s been a good week, with Andrew and Gordon
powering through a few scenarios and wiping out the red from the
board.
Playtest Direction. Now we have no more scenarios in the red,
I’d like to see some plays of the outstanding amber scenarios,
so I can turn them green. By that time we should have most of
the kinks worked out of all the scenarios and can focus on
getting them signed off.

Yes, I've been slow. It has been a heavy month of concerts, and
Ellen is busy with adventures in Peru. Next up for me will
likely be the two Brest raid scenarios, which I've been wanting
to get at for a while. Stay tuned.

It's okay, Dave. We're in a pretty good place overall on the
testing and you should only push yourself so far. Everyone (me
included) has Real Life to deal with. Looking forward to the
AARs.

End, Week 18. So we’ve crossed the 200 plays threshold. Though
there are some underplayed scenarios that need more test, I
think we are moving from a placing of testing new scenarios to
finishing and signing off old ones.
Playtest Direction. I’d like to continue to see some plays of
the outstanding amber scenarios, so I can turn them green.
However, O11 Hunters in the Sky went through a major rebuild
this week, and so I could do with some attention being given to
that.

I'm in the middle of my fourth test of Heavy Mob. Do you want
me to do a fifth test on that one afterwards or give it to
someone else?

I think it may benefit from having new eyes on it, though it may
depend on what comes out of the fourth test. I'd suggest for you
to move on afterward to another scenario.

End, Week 19. We’re at an interesting point where over 50% of
scenarios now have at least one signoff. That doesn’t mean they
are signed off, but it does mean they are in good shape.
Playtest Direction. There’s really two directions here:
(1) Any scenarios in Amber need another test to get into the
green. I’d love to see further testing of these scenarios.
(2) Anything with a single signoff could do with at least one
more signoff, so please check these out if you haven’t already
signed them off.

End, Week 20. A good number of tests this week. Hunters in the
Sky crossed a threshold with an additional five plays.
Playtest Direction. Much the same as last week there’s only
three directions at present:
(1) Any scenarios in Amber need another test to get into the
green. I’d love to see further testing of these scenarios.
(2) Anything in green without a signoff needs a signoff. Please
test these with a view to either signing off or signalling that
further work is needed to get to a signoff state.
(3) Anything with a single signoff could do with at least one
more signoff, so please check these out if you haven’t already
signed them off.
