Fighter Bombers

15.2.4 says: "When starting movement within 3 squares of an
enemy surface unit,
fighter-bombers can move 3 MPs instead of the normal 2 MPs for
bombers
(and may add 1 MP if diving while flying a bombing profile)."
Should that really be 3 squares instead of 3 columns? It seems
really strange that the high flying fighters in Desperate
Improvisation first have to dive vertically really slowly during
their steep angle bombing, only picking up speed when they get
close.

So there's two things to think about:
(1) Do we switch the distance from squares to columns?
(2) Do we then align this with the rules on strafing/rockets,
etc. to make that four columns?

1) I think that makes more sense.
2) It would make things easier. It would also mean you have to
adjust the setup of Desperate Improvisation yet again :-)

Okay, so let's give the rule change a try. I have adjusted the
Desperate Improvisation set-up.
