Fighter Boys is a book title. As I say, I'm trying to see if it
grows on me.

The Big Show is also a book title, by Pierre Clostermann.
Received it as a stocking stuffer when I was young, still have
it. The first of many air titales since then.

I've been fairly quiet on the new game recently, in part because
of my exhaustion at weekends and the desire to just recoup my
energies. Partly other distractions.
However, one of the other reasons is a design impasse. I've
kinda been obsession with the design problem of the environment,
which is something the current system doesn't really do justice
to. Particularly given that the environment is ever-shifting and
can have an effect on attack and defence. I think I might have
an inkling of a route forward on this, that I need to find some
time to explore.
Another issue is that I'm starting to consider a linked campaign
of scenarios and what that might look like. The weather and some
other considerations is starting to shape my thoughts and might
reshape parts of the design.
