       The more experienced I become with this scenario, the less
       conventional my tactics become for both sides. The Romanians
       this time had as primary ambition to use up enemy fighter
       ammunition while minimizing losses. This almost succeeded as
       they neutralized two fighters for few losses and disrupted a
       bomber, but in the final air combat the Soviets rolled a 12 and
       killed 3 BF109s. Total air losses were then 4 Romanians to 2
       Sturmoviks.
       The Soviets held off one fighter for strafing and initiated a
       well choreographed bombing run starting with flak suppression
       and then working its way through the valuable targets. They
       rolled well overall and the flak was ineffective, causing no
       losses. In the end, the bombing targets were thoroughly
       suppressed.
       Score:
       Soviet: 19 bombing, 4 fighters: 23
       Romanians: 2 Sturmoviks
       TOTAL: 21
       SOVIET WIN
       COMMENT: This is about as good as it gets for Soviet bombing,
       with the trucks obliterated and all other targets having heavy
       damage. The Romanian tactics were sound, and without that last
       disastrous combat roll and slightly worse Soviet bombing, the
       score could have been heading towards the range of 15. With more
       experience, the Soviet score tends to go up. Some careful
       choreography and a thorough parsing of 15.2.1 is needed to get
       the optimal bombing result. The bombers need to go in one at a
       time working their way through the targets to minimize flak
       losses and avoid over-bombing.

       Okay, let's see where we are after this week's plays, which
       added three more data points:
       Soviet Bombing = 14 + 10 + 13 + 14 + 13 + 20 + 14 + 16 + 19 =
       mean 14.7 VPs
       Romanian Losses = 5 + 6 + 9 + 8 + 4 + 0 + 4 + 11 + 4 = mean 5.7
       VPs
       Soviet Losses = 9 + 1 + 3 + 5 + 6 + 4 + 6 + 6 + 2 = mean 4.7 VPs
       The mean VP outputs are now +15.7 VPs, which shifts our draw
       window upwards. I am going to change the draw window to +15 to
       +17. This changes the results as follows:
       With this change to the draw window this means the results are:
       Forrest 1 = +10 (Romanian victory)
       Forrest 2 = +15 (Draw)
       Forrest 3 = +19 (Soviet victory)
       Forrest 4 = +11 (Romanian victory)
       Elias 3 = +11 (Romanian victory)
       Elias 4 = +16 (Draw)
       Elias 5 = +12 (Romanian victory)
       Elias 6 = +21 (Soviet victory)
       Elias 7 = +21 (Soviet victory)
       This gives the Soviets a win rate of 3W 2D 4L, which I reckon is
       pretty good balance. With al this data I shall stick a fork in
       this scenario and call it done.
       Elias, could you please move on and give us a couple of plays of
       S02 Piling On?
