       Armoured ships

       Time and again, I forget what the Armoured Ship value does. So I
       spend 15 minutes flipping back and forth in the rules until I
       realize it is not there, it is only in the tables. Maybe this
       process could be cut down if 14.0 said "If this value is
       underlined it means the unit also gets the armoured ship
       modifier."
