       Kamikazes

Rule 15.5.3 says kamikaze fighters are treated as bombers, not
fighter bombers, so they can't jettison and turn to sweeps.
However, this also suggests they move only 2 MP within 4 columns
of the target. I don't think that's how I playtested it.
Unfortunately, this not only affects Supremacy, but also E12, a
scenario I remember as rather carefully calibrated. I played as
if the Kamikazes could move 4 squares when near the target, the
question is, did Lee and Gordon/Andrew, that tweaked the
scenario to make it a little harder?
Whichever way we want the rule, I think we shouls make E12
Meridian Counterattack the benchmark, because we can tweak the
kamikaze scenarios in Supremacy. So I'm going to re-playtest
Meridian Counterattack from Eagles to see if it works fine with
the fighters never moving 4 MP.

So, now, Ive done a quick Meridian Counterattack. I had a
Japanese win after 4 hits to the target and one Seafire lost. As
usual I got a great narrative. The difference between fighter
movement and bomber movement is that with fighter movement, 2 of
the 3 fighters hit turn 4, with bomber movement only one does.
the rest hit turn 5. This doesn't break the scenario, so I think
we should leave the rule as is, with a clarification that
kamikaze fighters are treated as bombers for all purposes,
including movement rates and ammunition tracking.

Okay, I have made that addition.
