Current state of VPs at alpha:
       German bomb VP - 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 5 = average 1.66 VPs
       Allied loss VP - 13 + 8 + 12 + 7 + 7 + 7 = average 9.0 VPs
       German loss VP - 1 + 14 + 7 + 11 + 9 + 7 = average 8.16 VPs
This gives us an average VP output of 2.5. Based on this I'm
going to move the draw window down and expand it to +1 to +4 for
beta. that gives us the following outputs:
Scott 1 = +13 German victory (was German victory)
Scott 2 = -5 Allied Victory (was Allied victory)
Scott 3 = +6 German victory (was Draw but perceived as Minor
       German victory)
Elias 1 = -3 Allied victory (was Allied victory)
Elias 2 = -1 Allied victory (was Allied victory)
Elias 3 = +5 German victory (was Draw but perceived as narrow
       German win)
These victory levels look better, to my eye.

       Scenario: L02 A Foreign Legion (1st test)
       Version: v0.7
       Playtesters: Jean Foisy [Solo]
       Report:
Early the German sweep squadron tallied the Bloch and
       intercepted them below the bombers.
The escorting 109 squadron reacted succesfully and detached a
flight to counter them downing three Falcos without losses.
The bombers would use level bombing from Level 4. Two DO17s were
shot down by the Flak while the Moranes preyed on them,
shooting down three more with some losses from their own.
On turn 7 the bombers dropped their bombs but managed to get two
hits on the airfield and exited on the left edge.
       Nice scenario, love it :)
       Victory:
       German bombing: 1 VP
German enemies shot down: 6 VPs (3xCR.42, 1xMB.152 and 1xMorane)
       German TOTAL= 7 VPs
French enemies shot down: 13 VPs (5xDO17[Flakx2, 109x3]
       French TOTAL= 13 VPs
Scenario TOTAL: -6 VPs --> Allied Victory[Perceived Victory
       Level: French]
       Recommendations: None.
       On to test 2.

       Scenario: L02 A Foreign Legion
       Version: v0.7
       Playtesters: Jean Foisy [Solo]
       Report:
Quite early the interceptors were engaged by the escorts.
Of note is an engagement between a Morane Squadron and a 109
Flight; tranformed in a Dogfight ending on Turn 11!
When the lead bomber leveled for it's bombing run a gaggle from
both sides followed it; 2 French Squadrons and 2 flights of 109.
The lead bomber was hit hard by the Flak and the running combat
all around it. In the process it lost 6 a/c rendering it's
       bombing ineffective.
Fortunately for the German the second bomber got 5 hits on the
airfield and escaped without a loss.
On turn 9 only the dogfight at Level 6 was on.
When it came to a conclusion the Poles had lost 2 Moranes while
       3 Bf109 went down.
       Victory:
       German bombing: 5 VPs
German enemies shot down: 8 VPs (4 Moranes + 4 Blochs)
       German TOTAL= 13 VPs
       French enemies shot down: 17 VPs (6 Dorniers + 5 Bf109)
       French TOTAL= 17 VPs
Scenario TOTAL: -4 VPs; --> Allied Victory[Perceived Victory
       Level: French]
Recommendations: Permitting the Allied to place their vectors
markers in another hex, grouped together in the same hex, may
       give more replay value.
Lee, I'm ready to tackle another scenario.

So, adding in both of Jean’s plays we get:
       German bomb VP - 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 5 + 1 + 5 = average 2.0 VPs
       Allied loss VP - 13 + 8 + 12 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 6 + 8 = average 8.5
       VPs
       German loss VP - 1 + 14 + 7 + 11 + 9 + 7 + 13 + 17 = average 9.9
       VPs
This gives us an average VP output of 0.6. We currently have the
       following outputs:
       Scott 1 = +13 German victory
       Scott 2 = -5 Allied Victory
       Scott 3 = +6 German victory
       Elias 1 = -3 Allied victory
       Elias 2 = -1 Allied victory
       Elias 3 = +5 German victory
       Jean 1 = -6 Allied Victory
       Jean 2 = -4 Allied Victory
I think the results are on a bit of a knife-edge. I’m going to
mark this at beta, but shrink the draw window slightly to +1 to
+3 so as to give the German a bit more of a chance.
Jean, could you please give me three plays of L07 Disaster at
       Clark Field?
