       Scenario: L17 Royal Bulgarian Air Force Test 2
       Version: v0.3
       Playtesters: Jean Foisy [Solo]
       Report:
       The US plan was to tally early and split the 2 best Squadrons,
       engage the Bulgarians, pull them in Dogfights
       and stick to them even if they are broken to gain as much VPs as
       possible in Air combat.
       The US escort was successful. As an example; on Turn 03 there
       was 2 dogfights and a multiple squadron combat was in progress.
       The Bulgarians we're tempted to split early but they needed all
       the firepower they had to down bombers.
       They managed to Broke 3 bombers.
       Victory:
       US bombing: 3 VPs
       US enemies shot down: 16 VPs (10 D.520 + 6 109-G)
       US TOTAL = 19 VPs
       Bulgarian enemies shot down: 10 VPs (2 B-24 + 4 P-38)
       Bulgarian TOTAL = 10 VPs
       Scenario TOTAL: 9 VPs; --> American Victory [Perceived Victory
       Level: US because the defending fighters we're not able to have
       an effect on the bombers]
       Recommendations: Looks good.

       So, VP outputs for the last six plays are:
       American bombing VPs - 6 + 7 + 6 + 5 + 6 + 3 = mean 5.5 VPs
       Bulgarian fighter losses - 5 + 3 + 8 + 10 + 8 + 16 = mean 8.3
       VPs
       American losses - 3 + 3 + 12 + 15 + 20 + 10 = mean 10.5 VPs
       This gives us an average score of 14.3 - 10.5 = +3.3
       Scott 1 = +8
       Scott 2 = +7
       Scott 3 = +2
       Elias 1 = +0
       Jean 1 = -6
       Jean 2 = +9
       The way I see it we should be dropping the draw window back down
       by 1 and call it Beta.
       Jean, could I ask you to move on and give me a couple of plays
       of L15 Tussle Over Trapani?
