Sure thing. Give this new version a go and we'll see where we
       are.

       Scenario:L18 Fantastic Fives
       April 17, 2020 second play
       Version: 0.2
       Playtesters: Scott Key, solitaire
       Report:
       - Game lasted 6 turns
       - There were no height errors at set-up
       - The G.55 wing leader sqn had one experte and the veteran
       - Both Mc.205 squadrons were green
       - A low, forward P-38 escort was given the escort
       - one B-24 Sqdn (W) was given 1 Veteran counter
       - The ANR wings were able to use GCI successfully 1 out of 1
       times.
       - P-38 flights/squadrons successfully reacted to both initial
Veltro attacks. One interception was turned into a dogfight,
the other ended with a broken Veltro sqn so the Mc.205s never
got at the bombers at all. As a result the G.55s decided to
attack the bombers earlier than planned.
       Flak Summary:
       - Barrage was used in Turns 3 through 6
       - Heavy Flak caused 7 cohesion checks, two resulting in
Disruptions ; 8 hits were scored resulting in x2 bomber
       stragglers and x1 Centauro loss
       Bombing Summary:
       - x3 squadrons scored hits on the Factory (10%, 10%,10%) for 6
damage which did heavy damage to the target.
       - x2 B-24 sqns were disrupted before bombing occurred (x2 were
       disrupted at end of game);
       ANR: x5 fighters downed= -5 vp; x1 bombers downed= -3 vp: -8 vp
USAAF: x4 fighters downed=+4vp; Heavy Damage inflicted to the
       Factory= +12 vp: +16 vp
Victory: USAAF felt like a USAAF Victory
       Total: +8 vp
       Recommendations:
       - I feel like this is ready for Alpha.
       - Set-up is good. The Italian player has meaningful choices to
make in his interception strategy and the bombing results are
VERY consistent and seem unlikely to ever fall out of the Heavy
       Damage range.

Roger that. Could you please move on to L20 Operation Arcturus,
which could do with a fresh pair of eyes.

I was going to note that this scenario needs split limits for
the Italians, and Scott had already noted that.
The Italians don't have tactical flexibility, but they are in
wings, so if you don't want them to be able to split, you would
need a special rule for that. I'm not sure the Italians would
want to split anyway, but possibly the veteran.

We don't have the capacity for split limits greater than 2 for
       each type of Italian aircraft

They wouldn't need more than 2, and I'm not sure they need more
than 0, but they need something in the scenario description.

       v0.2
       Player: Elias Nordling (solo)
The setup is interesting, the clouds provide both problems and
opportunities for both sides, and with clever use of them the
Italians can avoid being detected before hitting the bombers. It
is a fairly fast playing heavy bomber scenario with the targets
on the map, which is an attractive combination. All in all, this
felt good, and both sides had interesting choices and decisions.
I felt like my Italians had some good luck with the attack rolls
on the bombers causing more hits than expected, but seeing how
consistent my results were with Scott's, they probably weren't
outliers after all. Having 2 bomber groups disrupted by fighters
and 2 more by flak was probably above average, but three bombing
rolls in the 10-11 range saved the heavy damage result on
       bombing anyway.
I used split limit 2 for both Italian fighter types but only
split the veterans. I think it's a good addition that gives more
       decisions to make.
       Score:
       US: Bombing 12 + 10 fighters: 22
       Italian: 5 bombers, 2 fighters: 18
       Total: 4 Draw
Comment: It is always encouraging when you get a draw on the
first try :-). I think both you and Scott might have missed that
the P-38 is 1.5 VP, so the scenario needs half-point levels for
VP and you might want to recalculate Scott's scores. Other than
that, and split limits of 2 for the MC205 and G.55s, I see no
reason to change anything. And since my results pretty much line
up with Scott's, I'll call this Alpha-ready right away.

I did miss the 1.5 vp for P-38s....
