       Turning

Just going back over an old topic that resurfaced on BGG,
concerning rule 8.1.1. The words 'during movement' at the start
of the first sentence seemed to cause some confusion. If I
simply removed those two words and started the paragraph with
'Squadrons can turn. . .' I don't think anything would be lost,
       would it?

Seems not. I guess someone asked whether he could turn before
moving, since the rule currently states 'during movement'...
       Better delete it, then.
(As an aside, the example in the sidebar shows it is indeed
legal to turn right from the start of movement.)

You could change it to, "During the Movement Phase, aircraft can
turn...". This would clarify that aircraft only turn during the
       movement phase.
Now, does that need clarifying? Probably not.
If not, then I think you can delete.
