Hey Lee,
Scenario V21 Send in the Clowns has Cloud listed as "F-13-P13"
and I assume you meant "F13-P13."

Okay, I have just posted 150 dpi proofs of the Victories and
Eagles countersheets to the Wing Leader countersheets folder on
dropbox.
These ready for proofing. Can everyone please grab them and run
your eyes over them.

(1) As noted in the ADC thread I've posted proofs of the
Victories and Eagles ADCs to dropbox. I'm asking everyone to
grab these and review them. Thanks to Karl and Vincent for their
hard work proofing these. I'm trusting these will be the final
form of these ADCs.
(2) Rick is currently working on rulebook indexing. He will
finish this during the week and my plan is to release proofs of
the second edition Rulebook and Player Aids next weekend. I'll
then ask Rick to start proofing the rules proper.
(3) In the meantime Vincent, having been all over the ADCs in
recent weeks, should be commencing proofing Eagles this week.

Rick and I have been discussing keywords for the index (please
see his post above). Additional terms we are considering adding
to the index are:
Bombing Profile
Height Errors
Radio call
Stacking
Wing Display
We will consolidate the AT Pod and Gun Pod entries
Any other suggestions?

Looking at some scenarios like V21 Send in the Clowns which
don't have "split limits" specified. I can't remember what was
concluded on this earlier. When split limits are not listed,
does this mean that you can split up to the counter limit in the
box? Personally I would prefer to see split limits added even in
these situations so that players don't have to dig through and
verify how many flight counters come in the game. There are only
4 spitfire flights in the mix for Victories and 6 109F flights.
Or are we only specifying split limits for scenarios where we
are limiting the flights to to less than what is available in
countermix?

Generally, I've only being adding split limits for scenarios
where we restrict players to numbers of counters less than the
countermix. However, as we expand the countermix, this can prove
a problem.
There's a case for expanding split limits to all scenarios, but
space considerations make this difficult. Many scenarios just
don't have the space to accommodate the information.

I don't see how adding counters cn create a problem. If no split
limit means "go ahead and split all you can, you won't run out
of counters", then more counters sure won't break this. If a
future scenario adds more squadrons than there are flights to
split, then surely it will have a split limit.

Hi Lee,
While working on the Eagles vassal extension, I noticed that the
P-39Q is not listed in the "Which ADC do I use" list. It's
pretty obvious so maybe that's intentional. But I see that other
obvious ADCs are listed so wanted to make sure you were aware.
