       Bombing Rules

       A minor clarification to the bombing rules, following a thread
       on BGG. I will add a line to 15.3 to clarify that when you place
       the Bomb Load marker on the target, it no longer modifies the
       bomber's speed or turn. This is to resolve confusion over
       whether the speed and turn applies on the following Combat
       Phase.
       We already have a similar line about this in the jettisoning
       rules.
