       Here's Leanne's recipe:
1.5 cup of all-purpose flour (I used gluten free flour)
       1 tsp ground cinnamon
       1/2 tsp baking soda
       1/2 tsp baking powder
       1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened (almost completely melted)
1 cup dark brown cane sugar
1/2 cup white powdered cane sugar
       1 large banana
       1.5 tsp vanilla extract
       3 cups old fashioned oats
       1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
Coconut oil cooking spray (for baking sheet)
1 or 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (depending on how
       chocolatey you like it)
       Preheat oven to 350 degrees!
Bake for about 14 minutes or until cookies develop cake-like
       appearance on the surface
Make sure to flatten the cookie dough scoops onto the baking
       sheets!
Tip: for healthier cookies, decrease amount of white sugar by
half its measurement and decrease amount of brown sugar by half
its measurement. Use one cup of coconut oil instead of one cup
       of butter.
       Healthier, smaller serving recipe:
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour (I used gluten free flour)
       1 tsp ground cinnamon
       1/2 of a 1/2 tsp baking powder
       1/2 tsp salt
       1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup dark brown cane sugar
       1 large banana
       1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of old fashioned oats
       1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
Coconut oil cooking spray (for baking sheet)
1 or 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (depending on how
       chocolatey you like it)
