       Yet Another Attempt at Good Health

       Everyday:
       Run at least one mile
       Brunch is toasted Ezekiel bread with avocado, cream cheese,
       mustard, lemon juice, and two eggs
       If still hungry, eat salad with 1/4 avocado, spinach, cabbage,
       1/4 cup of cut almonds, lemon juice, olive oil, red wine
       vinegar, turmeric, and seasoned salt
       Dinner is whatever
       Dessert/snacks include berry smoothie with collagen peptides,
       popcorn, low cow fudge bar, and whole wheat crackers with
       cheddar cheese
