Ideal daily self-care/exercise routine

35 minutes running/jogging -- approximately 2 miles (don’t
forget visor, sunglasses, and sunscreen to prevent aging!)
60 squats
60 laying down leg lifts
60 hip bridges with leg bend and extend -- 30 with each leg
60 leg back extensions against wall with band -- 30 with each
leg
60 dog pees — 30 with each leg
Plank for one minute — eventually increase to two minutes
Bathe!
Eat as much as you want and whatever you want!
