       Here's mine:
       DAILY MEALS (varies from day to day):
       Two scrambled eggs
       Oatmeal with one tablespoon of sugar, cinnamon, and one banana
       Smoothie with almond milk, peanut butter, cinnamon, frozen
       bananas and strawberries
       Ginger miso spicy spinach soup
       Whole wheat pasta OR chickpea pasta with cheddar cheese or
       marinara sauce AND olive oil
       Roasted bell peppers/roasted tomato/sautéed spinach/boiled
       corn/boiled broccoli/roasted cauliflower/boiled carrots,
       protein, and bulgur OR brown rice (perhaps with tacos)
       DAILY SNACKS (varies from day to day):
       Dark chocolate square + bittersweet chocolate square with almond
       Orange/grapefruit/apple with peanut butter/melon/pineapple/mango
       Whole wheat tortilla with shredded cheese or bread with butter
       Iced earl grey tea with almond milk and two tablespoons of sugar
       Popcorn
       Once in a while:
       Chocolate ice cream and honey bunches of oats
       Rice crispy treats
       Oreos
       Doritos
       Cheese-itz
       Goldfish
       Nestle chocolate chip cookies
       Homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
       Cake with Nutella
       Nutella sandwich
       Homemade chocolate or vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting
