       I caught Dr.Pepper while NOT using our clan tag.Our rule is
       strict,atleast for CS1.6.As I'am an administrator i dont need
       any proof,but i got some,wont put it atleast i have to.Well,im
       not gonna give him a big punishment,its a warning+1 days ban
       from forum.There is no other warning.
       -Warned and Banned for 1 day.
